This Disclaimer applies to the DMV Expert mobile application (the "Application"), operated by Vylora Studios ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.


1. No Government Affiliation

DMV Expert is a privately developed educational application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or connected to any federal, state, or local government agency, including:

  • Any Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
  • Any Department of Transportation (DOT)
  • Any driver licensing authority
  • Any government testing, permitting, or licensing office

The Application does not issue driver's licenses, learner permits, certifications, official test results, appointments, renewals, or any other government service.


2. Educational and Informational Purpose Only

The Application provides study materials, practice questions, progress tools, and related educational content to help users prepare for driver knowledge tests. It is not a substitute for official DMV manuals, official driver education requirements, legal advice, or direct guidance from a government authority.

  • Practice questions are not official DMV exam questions.
  • Practice scores do not guarantee official exam results.
  • Using Premium or paid features does not guarantee exam success.
  • Application content should not be your only source of preparation.

3. Sources of Information

Content may be based on publicly available materials, including official state driver manuals, government-published guidance, public safety materials, and educational resources. We do not have access to official DMV exam databases, internal government systems, private testing materials, or proprietary licensing records.

Public sources can change without notice. You should always review your specific state DMV or official licensing authority website for the most current and authoritative information.


4. Accuracy and Updates

We make reasonable efforts to keep content useful and current, but DMV laws, manuals, fees, procedures, appointment rules, identification requirements, testing rules, and licensing standards vary by state and may change at any time.

We do not guarantee that Application content is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or applicable to your specific situation. You are responsible for verifying official information with the relevant government authority.


5. No Legal, Professional, or Government Advice

Nothing in the Application constitutes legal advice, professional advice, regulatory advice, official government guidance, or a government determination. For questions about licensing eligibility, violations, suspensions, insurance, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements, consult the appropriate government agency or a qualified professional.


6. Premium and Paid Features

Premium subscriptions or paid features may unlock additional educational content, reduce or remove advertisements, or provide other app benefits described in the Application. Premium does not provide official DMV access, official exam materials, government services, guaranteed passing results, or any special status with a government agency.

The Application may link to third-party websites or services, including official government websites, Google Play, advertising networks, analytics providers, notification providers, and purchase-management providers. These third parties are independent from us.

We do not control third-party content, policies, availability, payment processing, subscription controls, or security practices. You should review third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vylora Studios is not liable for exam failures, licensing delays, denied applications, missed appointments, government penalties, inaccurate or outdated information, reliance on Application content, loss of Premium access caused by third-party account or payment issues, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Use of the Application is at your own risk.
