This Disclaimer applies to the DMV Expert mobile application (“Application”), operated by Vylora Studios (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Application, you agree to this Disclaimer in full.

1. No Government Affiliation

DMV Expert is a privately developed educational application.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any federal, state, or local government agency, including but not limited to:
  • Any state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
  • Department of Transportation (DOT)
  • Driver licensing authorities
  • Any other governmental entity
We do not represent any government authority and do not provide official government services.

The Application does not issue driver’s licenses, permits, certifications, or official test results.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The practice tests, study materials, and informational content provided in the Application are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

They are designed to help users prepare for driver knowledge tests but:
  • Do not represent actual DMV test questions
  • Do not guarantee exam results
  • Should not be relied upon as the sole source of preparation
Passing scores on practice tests do not guarantee passing an official DMV examination.
