US Citizenship Test App Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 5, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the US Citizenship Test mobile application (the "App"), provided by Vylora Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
The App is an independent educational study tool designed to help users prepare for the U.S. citizenship civics test, reading and writing practice, and interview-related study activities. The App may include practice questions, mock tests, mock interview practice, audio content, progress tracking, reminders, support features, ads, app updates, and related learning tools.
2. No Government Affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. Any references to USCIS, U.S. government materials, citizenship tests, forms, interviews, or immigration processes are for educational and informational purposes only.
3. Educational Use Only
The App is provided for study and practice purposes only. It does not provide legal, immigration, professional, or official government advice. The App does not replace official USCIS resources, legal counsel, accredited representatives, or instructions from a government agency.
We do not guarantee that using the App will cause you to pass any exam, interview, application, or immigration process. You are responsible for verifying current requirements and official information through USCIS or other official sources.
4. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The App is not directed to children under 13.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:

- Keep your device, operating system, and app version reasonably up to date for security and compatibility.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or misleading purposes.
- Submit support messages that contain threats, hate, spam, malware, illegal content, impersonation, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, resell, exploit, or create derivative works from the App except where allowed by applicable law.
- Bypass, disable, manipulate, or interfere with ads, consent flows, app update logic, notifications, security features, asset delivery, or usage limits.

- Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar tools to access, overload, test, attack, or disrupt the App or related services.
- Misrepresent the App as an official government app or use the App in a way that suggests government endorsement.
7. App Content and Accuracy
We try to keep App content useful, accurate, and up to date. However, citizenship-related rules, questions, procedures, officer practices, eligibility requirements, and official guidance may change. The App may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, translations, summaries, examples, or practice scenarios that do not exactly match your real interview or official test experience.
You should always consult official USCIS resources and qualified professionals when making decisions about immigration, naturalization, legal status, forms, deadlines, eligibility, or other important matters.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding privacy matters, the Privacy Policy will control for those matters.
9. Microphone, Notifications, and Device Permissions
Some App features may request device permissions, such as microphone permission for speech practice or notification permission for reminders and updates. You can grant or deny permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are denied.
10. Ads and Rewards
The App may display ads, including interstitial or rewarded ads, where enabled. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising services. Rewarded ad features, if available, may provide in-app benefits only after the ad experience is successfully completed and confirmed by the ad provider.
We may change, limit, suspend, or remove ads, reward availability, reward conditions, ad frequency rules, or ad-supported features at any time. You agree not to manipulate ads, reward flows, consent choices, device identifiers, or related systems.
11. Third-Party Services and Stores
The App may rely on third-party services, app stores, software development kits, and platform features, including Google Play, Apple services, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, OneSignal, and operating system speech, notification, review, update, or asset delivery services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, ads, outages, decisions, data practices, fees, platform rules, or changes.
12. Updates, Changes, and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including content, features, design, supported languages, audio files, mock interview flows, ads, notifications, remote configuration, and update requirements.
Some updates may be required for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or continued access. The App may not work properly if you use an outdated version, unsupported device, unsupported operating system, unavailable service, or interrupted network connection.
13. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, software, code, organization, original text, graphics, audio, branding, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial study purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
14. Feedback and Support Submissions
If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, content corrections, support messages, or other submissions, you grant us permission to use them to operate, improve, support, and develop the App without compensation to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not violate any law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or related services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, abused support or service systems, interfered with the App, or used the App in a harmful or unlawful way.
You may stop using the App at any time. Certain sections of these Terms will continue to apply after termination, including sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related terms.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, be free from errors, remain compatible with your device, provide complete or current official information, or produce any particular test, interview, immigration, or learning outcome.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vylora Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, device issues, service interruptions, content errors, ads, third-party services, or immigration-related outcomes arising from or related to your use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing directly to us.
18. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vylora Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the App, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
19. App Store Terms
If you download the App from Google Play, Apple App Store, or another app store, your use of the App may also be subject to that store's terms, policies, and rules. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory app store terms, the app store terms will control only to the extent required by the applicable store.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the App, on our website, through the app store listing, or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vylora Studio is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires another law to apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
