US Citizenship Test App Disclaimer
Effective Date: June 5, 2026
This Disclaimer applies to the US Citizenship Test mobile application (the "App"), provided by Vylora Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.
1. Educational Tool Only
The App is provided for educational, study, and practice purposes only. It is designed to help users prepare for U.S. citizenship-related study activities, including civics practice, reading and writing practice, mock tests, interview preparation, and related learning features.
The App is not a legal service, immigration service, government service, official test service, or substitute for professional advice.
2. No Legal or Immigration Advice
The App does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, professional advice, or case-specific guidance. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as advice about your eligibility, immigration status, naturalization application, N-400 answers, interview strategy, legal rights, deadlines, documents, fees, or obligations.
Immigration and naturalization decisions can have serious legal consequences. For questions about your personal situation, you should contact a qualified immigration attorney, an accredited representative, USCIS, or another official source.
3. No Government Affiliation or Endorsement
The App is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. government, or any other government agency.
Any references to USCIS, U.S. citizenship, naturalization, civics questions, government forms, interviews, officers, or official processes are provided only for educational and informational context.
4. Accuracy and Content Changes
We aim to provide useful and accurate study content, but we do not guarantee that all information in the App is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to your personal situation. Official requirements, test content, policies, forms, procedures, interview practices, and government guidance may change at any time.
The App may include summaries, translations, practice questions, example answers, mock interview prompts, audio, explanations, and learning tools that may differ from official wording or from what you experience in an actual USCIS interview or test.
5. Official Sources
You are responsible for verifying important information through official sources. For official information about U.S. citizenship, naturalization, eligibility, forms, fees, interviews, tests, and current requirements, visit the official USCIS website at https://www.uscis.gov/.
If any App content conflicts with USCIS materials, government instructions, applicable law, or professional advice from a qualified legal provider, you should rely on the official or professional source.
6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that using the App will improve your score, cause you to pass the citizenship test, prepare you for every possible interview question, make you eligible for naturalization, prevent mistakes, or result in approval of any application or immigration benefit.
Your results may depend on many factors outside our control, including your study habits, English level, personal history, eligibility, application details, interview officer, current law, USCIS policy, and official procedures.
7. Practice Answers and Mock Interviews
The App may provide practice answers, sample explanations, mock interview flows, readiness scores, pass/fail indicators, or similar feedback. These features are for practice only and should not be treated as official evaluation, legal advice, or prediction of a real USCIS outcome.
You are responsible for answering all official forms and interview questions truthfully and accurately based on your own personal facts.
8. Speech Recognition and Audio Features
Speech recognition, audio playback, and pronunciation-related features may be limited by your device, microphone, operating system, language settings, background noise, accent, speech clarity, and third-party platform services. These features may produce incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unexpected results.
9. Translations and Accessibility
The App may provide content in multiple languages. Translations are provided for study support only. If a translation differs from official English USCIS materials, the official USCIS source should control.
10. Third-Party Services and Ads
The App may use third-party services for analytics, advertising, notifications, remote configuration, app updates, asset delivery, speech recognition, and support messages. The App may also show third-party ads. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, ads, websites, policies, data practices, availability, or decisions.
11. Use at Your Own Risk
You use the App at your own discretion and risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Vylora Studio is not responsible for losses, damages, application issues, missed deadlines, incorrect answers, study outcomes, interview outcomes, legal consequences, immigration consequences, device issues, data loss, service interruptions, or decisions you make based on App content.
